It’s a sauce that tastes on the salty side, but works well with lighter ingredients – sticky potatoes, hard-boiled eggs – and sweet ingredients like roasted peppers and cooked tomatoes. Of course, you can also use it as a sauce for fish – spoon it on top.
Learn to make this unique sauce, you only need to spend 5 minutes preparing the ingredients
Here are the ingredients to prepare
1 clove of garlic, grated, ½ tablespoon of white wine vinegar, ½ tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of granulated sugar, a pinch of Dijon mustard, ½ tablespoon of chopped flat-leaf parsley, ½ tablespoon of capers, salted and finely chopped, 4 anchovies, drained of their oil and finely chopped, 5 black olives, pitted and finely chopped.
Mix all the ingredients together and stir well, or better yet, just taste. Adjust the seasoning according to the food you are seasoning – eggs and potatoes can use a well-seasoned seasoning. If you are using it to flavor tomatoes, the seasoning should not be too strong.
